Box I wake up. My heads pounding. Vision out of focus for a good few minutes. I try to stand up only to lose my balance and fall heavily to the ground. Waiting a few minutes for my head to clear, I look up again to see that I am in a room with no windows or doors, just plain white tiles covering every inch of wall, ceiling and floor. The sole feature in the room was a gently buzzing florescent light, a long strip of luminescence across the ceiling. When the gravity of the situation hits me, it does so like a tonne of bricks, I'm trapped, panic sets in, I fling myself around the room hammering on the walls and screaming. "Help! Fucking help
